- 200 g of frozen or fresh cranberries;
- 3 tbsp Sahara;
- 1 tbsp honey;
- 2 oranges;
- 1 liter of water;
- 2 sprigs of rosemary;
- 1 small slice of ginger root.

Prepare the necessary food. Defrost cranberries, and squeeze the juice from oranges - it will turn out from 250 to 300 ml). A small piece of ginger, about 1.5–2 cm, cut into thin slices or small pieces.
Place cranberries in a pan, remember with a wooden pestle or a potato masher, pour 1 liter of water, add 2 sprigs of rosemary and ginger.
Bring the mixture to a boil, add 3 tbsp. l sugar (if desired, and more) and boil for 3 minutes. Then pour in the orange juice, bring to a boil and boil for another 1 min.
The finished drink should be cooled to 50-60 ° C, strain, add honey, mix well, pour into cups or glasses and serve.
